This is a bit of mystery, but probably 1988 I Have no idea what is came off of as it didn't have the original valve covers, but I want to say it was a 1988 based on the 2-piece oil block that came off of it, but I believe the 86-90 tubes are similar on the 5.0L 305 or 5.7L 350. Compared to some similar things I've sold in the past this might be a little bent, but nothing that should affect function.
The Dipstick stamped number is 14092378 M (This should be a big clue and likely match your exisitng stamped number)
- Dipstick Measures 24-3/4" in length (End to end including handle)
- Tube Measures between 29" or 30" in length
So its going to be one of these combinations, it will be up to you to compare against yours.
