- Also included is the lower cover 914244
- The 1987 & some 1988 models used a different lower cover
- You can always remove this as the crankshaft was used with all years & models)
- For use with models with 1-piece oil pan gasket
- This was from a running motor, and everything looks in good shape here, very nice crankshaft.
- Crankshaft Compatibility by year: (this is based on my research and the OMC parts diagrams) - The crankshaft was used with ALL Models but the lower cover was not.
- 1987: All Models / Lower cover is NOT compatible
- 1988: All Models / Lower cover is not compatible with GDP Models
- 1989: All Models / Lower cover is compatible (GDE Models)
- 1990: All Models / Lower cover is compatible (GDE Models)
- Freshwater used part.
