- Found on MerCruiser 165hp 6cyl models 1968-1981
- Should replace 37369... and the 65142 referenced in 1979-1981 models
- Usually the 165hp models had a rubber cap on the water pump that provisioned a second water pump outlet if needed.
- Will work on 120hp 2.5L & 140hp 3.0L applications from this time period as well
