MerCruiser 220-8775 Flywheel Assembly
- 12 3/4" Diameter! 153 tooth (2-Piece Rear Main Seal Applications)
- 3.5" Diameter Across Between the bolt holes.
- GM Part stamped # usually GM 2768972-2 (earlier version that does not have holes for triangle coupler only found on Pre-1983 models with hub style coupler) or GM 3790366 (later version with the holes for perimeter mount triangle coupler)
- This is the heavy duty model of flywheel it does have holes for new style Triangle Style Engine Coupling Assembly
- This is much thicker than the standard flywheel
- Found pretty much only on 1979-1989 MerCruiser GM 4cyl 2.5L 120hp & 3.0L 140hp engines that have a 2-piece rear main seal.
