- Removed from a MerCruiser Ford V8 888 5.0L 305 188hp (2bbl) 1971-1977 (Serial Number 4220621 which is probably late 73 or 74)
- Overall good good shape cleaned & Repainted.
- MerCruiser Water Pump 71683 (D3UE-AA sometimes stamped D3JE-AA)
- Similar to the 58086 Water pumps, but just shaped a bit different even though I believe the main difference was the pulley they used and the shape. The one here is the later style water pump.
- Generally the earlier models had the Stamping C80E-D or no stamping at all and looked quite different in the shaft housing area.
- 71683A1 was a replacement for 58086 that included the 71281 Pulley along with the water pump.
- Found in the following parts diagrams (Please contact me if you have any questions on compatibility as sometimes the differences in parts were based on serial number)
