Item Details
- For use with Stringer 400 (120hp / 140hp 4cyl) outdrives 1982-1985 - Fully Mechanical Shift
- Compatible with & 4cyl applications 2.5L 120hp, 3.0L 140hp equipped with a model 400 stern drive and fully mechanical shift (Not compatible with others)
- 1978-1981 Models used a hydro-mechanical shift system that is not interchangeable with these, and generally were painted white.
- No leaks or bad seals found after pressure testing.
- Skeg is intact.
- A piece on the front of the fin on the gearcase that sits under the anode is missing. (see pictures) It's nothing that would affect function and not something you can see when the anode is installed.
- Original Paint
- This will be drained EMPTY of gear oil before shipping and WILL NEED TO BE refilled before use.
- Freshwater used part.
