Compatibility
- OMC Stringer & Cobra 4cyl gearcases 1978-1990 models Fully Mechanical Shift Models because 389957 is NOT provisioned for the hydro-mechanical shift spring, whereas 982416 is this same shaft externally except it is drilled internally for the hydro-mechanical shift spring.
