- Crankshaft Used from 1981-1985 on all OMC & MerCruiser 3.8L V6 229cid engines (Both 170hp 2bbl & 185hp 4bbl) models
- The Timing sprocket ( GM 464617) on the front the the crankshaft was only used on the 1981-1984 Models, so you might need to swap this if it looks different than yours.
