- This style of exhaust tube was used on OMC Cobra Ford 2.3L engines from 1990 Models ONLY - It will not work with the 1987-1989 models as they had a different mounting surface.
- By 1990, the exhaust port on the Cobra gimbal housings had changed, so these were only used for those particular transom assemblies exclusively. Make sure to check the physical part for the number, but they actually do look quite a bit different. The exhaust tubes from 1987-1988 or 1989 are not interchangable with this one.
- Exhaust seal flapper & Pin 985749 / 765166 is missing from this and you will need to swap yours or buy a new one
