- This is a little bit of a franken-carburetor, but functionally it's a 1980 OMC 5.0L / 5.7L GM 4bbl Quadrajet Carburetor.
- Cast quadrajet number is 17080562
- Freshwater used part.
- Found on Various OMC Stringer & Cobra Models 1979-1987 (GM V8 5.0L 305 & 5.7L 350 with 4bbl carburetors (Please check a parts diagram to confirm this, or just message me with your model number)
- The part number for this is technically 0982223 / 982223
- However this eventually superseded to 985629 / 0985629 / 985822 / 0985822 / 0772838 / 0772838
- Visually it looks in great shape the base on this is immaculate. It appears that the top was replaced on this at some point with one from a 1980 MerCruiser 5.7L 4bbl carburetor (1347-6492A1)
- This should probably be completely gone through before installation. It might be fine, but I would highly recommend rebuilding it. Some of the linkages on this need to be properly attached as i thikn some of the clips are missing. Priced accordingly for these reasons.
