General Application / Compatibility

• This was an aluminum square port intake manifold with a bronze water crossover. 
• This was common on 7.4L 454 Mag applications mostly up until Gen V and it appears some 502 models 1985-1997.
  • Typically just the Bravo 3 models
• Ideally, you are replacing this with some intake that already has the same GM casting number, but some of the 454 mag models stock setups from the factory were peanut-port cylinder heads paired with this aluminum square-port intake manifold. Definitely an odd pairing, but I suppose MerCruiser deemed it an acceptable configuration.
