• MerCruiser Alpha One Bell Housing Assembly 816459A1 (stamped 816549)  806031A2 / (stamped 806031-C)
  • No valve on this, and the end where it could go is plugged. The very early (1991-1992) Gen II Bell housings did not typically have a Lower unit oiler valve installed as the top of the outdrive was sealed and had a dipstick on the top (They were typically stamped 816459 / 816459C)
  • The manual will still refer to these as 806031A2 as they could technically be converted to be used in an oil reservoir style system

• Found on MerCruiser Sterndrive Gen II Transom Gimbal Assembly Housings 1991-1992ish (not using an oiler)
